JAMES MEREDITH DAY is professor of human development and the psychology of religion at the Université catholique de Louvain, Belgium. He is co-editor of the Archive for the Psychology of Religion: The Journal of the International Association for the Psychology of Religion, senior research fellow at the Center on Terrorism at John Jay College of CUNY, and has been a frequent speaker on the Faith and Life series at The Memorial Church, Harvard University. James is married to Birte, from Germany, a teacher of religion and international policy analyst, and father to Julia, Jonathan, and Jacob.
