BTFO 2019 Draft Schedule

We’re just about a month away from when the lot of you will start to arrive in New Haven. With that said, we’re eager to share with you a draft schedule for BTFO. Click here to view and download a PDF of the scheduleThe schedule is subject to change—in fact it will change.

You’ll notice that it’s more than just a schedule, that it includes some information to help you become familiar with your new surroundings, and some key resources that might come in handy. We’re working on a map that will be included so you can more easily find your way around YDS’ campus. Additionally, I’m working on trying to make the schedule available as a Google Calendar that you all can subscribe to with your Yale Google accounts, so you can view events with your device, set up alerts, etc.

You also might notice that there are some days detailed outside of the days prescribed for BTFO (Aug 22-23, 26-27). You are highly encouraged to attend those other events as well. For some, in fact, you may be required. Those offices requiring attendance (e.g. Office of International Students and Scholars, Institute of Sacred Music) will let you know. If you are still unsure, please don’t hestitate to ask.

A final schedule will be distriibuted the week before BTFO starts.

In the meantime, thank you to the great many of you who have already taken the time to register–what a showing in only the first few days! It really does make us all excited to see your registrations come through. For the rest of you, we hope this draft schedule helps to answer any questions you have.
