Seminary examines the way visual narratives presented on institutional walls uphold and preserve communal memory. In particular, this project uses photography to challenge queer erasure in religious spaces.
Over the past two years, I have photographed my friends and colleagues at Yale Divinity School in unapologetic, joyful celebration of queer visibility. This collaboration is fulfilled by the display of the images on the walls of YDS.
