Rev. Dr. Danielle Ayana James is President & Chief Consulting Officer at STRAAD. STRAAD is an organizational performance advisory firm supporting leaders in their design and delivery of meaningful strategic change. Ayana brings her clients experience in strategy development, future-focused leadership and high-performance teaming having supported multi-national organizations spanning religious + faith grounded institutions , higher education, energy & utilities, and high-performance sports all in their pursuit of strategic change and impact. 

Ayana earned degrees from McMaster University (HBSc), Yale Divinity School  (MDiv) and the McCormick Theological Seminary (DMin). She is a Certified Executive Coach, Family Enterprise Advisor and Ordained Minister with the United Church of Canada.
