Role of YDS
My work with the LGBTQ community and with communities impacted by sexual violence has been nourished through my time at YDS. While my faith encourages me to follow the call to go out and bring and witness Christ’s peace, God’s love, and the Spirit’s transforming presence in communities often overlooked by the church, it has been my experiences at YDS that have given me to tools to go out and do this work well.
What’s next
This fall I will be working as a Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Resident at Yale New Haven Hospital while seeking ordination in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Following CPE, I plan to pursue a career in college and university chaplaincy.
