Greg Turner ’70 M.Div.

Rev. Greg Turner has been a faithful leader in pastoral ministry all over the world for 50 years. During his time at YDS, Turner spent an intern year in Asia, and he also worked to blur the inner-city/suburban line through his work with the New Haven Council of Churches. Following ordination into the United Church of Christ in Marquand Chapel, Turner has been a pastor at a series of locales beginning in Brussels and ending in Paris 35 years later. Along the way came congregations on both U.S. coasts and in the middle (in order: Colorado, Oregon, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Wisconsin). Throughout his pastoral career, he has also taught at colleges and seminaries. Presently his volunteer work is focused on social awareness and action in his local congregation.
