Jessica Anschutz ’07 M.Div

Rev. Dr. Jessica L. Anschutz is currently serving as co-editor of Leading Ideas at the Lewis Center for Church Leadership at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. and is an ordained Elder in the New York Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. Prior to her current role at the Lewis Center, Anschutz co-founded 43:19—an umbrella organization for new ministries such as Coffee, Kids, and Chaos, and Theology on Tap. Additionally, she has served as the Chair of Class Agents for Yale Divinity School since 2008 and was elected to the Yale Alumni Fund (YAF) Board of Directors in 2009, and its Executive Committee in 2011. In addition to service to Yale, Jessica serves on the Board of Ordained Ministry for the New York Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church and on the Board of Directors for Alliance Africa, an organization that supports and empowers local, community-based organizations working on sustainable development in Africa. She earned a Doctorate in Ministry in Church Leadership Excellence from Wesley Theological Seminary in 2017 and currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Wesley.
