Neil Alan Willard, M.Div.

The Rev. Neil Alan Willard has been the Rector of Palmer Memorial Episcopal Church in Houston, Texas, since 2014. Palmer Memorial is directly across the street from the Texas Medical Center, which is the largest medical complex in the world, and Rice University. In the Episcopal Diocese of Texas, Neil is also a member of the Board of the Episcopal Health Foundation.
