Carol Adams reported that her book Burger appeared in Bloomsbury’s “Object Lessons” Series last year and received a number of glowing reviews! She has also had several essays in the New York Times, one on a gun buy-back program her church in Dallas sponsored (2017). Last year she co-authored a book with Virginia Messina, Protest Kitchen Fight Injustice, Save the Planet, and Fuel Your Resistance One Meal at a Time which demonstrates to social activists that how they eat is a social justice issue.
