Did a lot of writing during the pandemic, which led to the July 2021 publication of “The Bible’s Greatest Hits: Top Sixty-Six Passages from Genesis to Revelation,” featuring a shout-out to Brevard Childs, and the upcoming mystery novel “Windows of the Heavens,” containing a murder and an environmental crisis. Also grieving the death of classmate Leah Schafer, MDiv ‘86, whose funeral I’ll perform at Arlington National Cemetery on November 17.
