Horace Ballard, Ph.D. lives in Pownal, VT and is faculty in the graduate program in the history of art at the Sterling and Fracine Clark Art Institute in Williamstown, Massachusetts. He is also the assistant curator of American art and photography at the Williams College Museum of Art. If anyone is traveling through the Berkshires or the Green Mountains, please come visit.
