Jeff Matsler, STM

Chaplain (MAJOR) Jeff Matsler recently retired from the US Army. His final position was as the US Army Medical Command Bioethicist, the only uniformed bioethicist in the Department of Defense, where he advised senior military command on medical issues, advised military medical research and taught at The Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences medical school in Bethesda, Maryland. He now serves as Clinical Ethicist for WellStar Health System in Atlanta, Georgia.
