John (Jack) C. Boger, M.Div.

Jack is completing his eighth year as dean of the University of North Carolina School of Law, after serving as assistant counsel at the NAACP Legal Defense & Educational Fund, Inc. from 1978-90, where he defended Death Row inmates and worked on poverty issues, and after teaching law at UNC from 1990-2006. Spouse Jennifer Brackenbury Boger (M.A.R. '71), is president of Strowd Roses, a philanthropic foundation in Chapel Hill and is chair of the Orange County (NC) Partnership for Children.
