Lydia Sohn, Master of Divinity

Greetings all!

James and Lydia and our baby-now-toddler-but-who-will-always-remain-our-baby Hugh continue life in southern California, where Lydia is going onto her third year as the Associate Pastor at Church of the Good Shepherd, United Methodist and James is completing his dissertation on Schleiermacher. Our parsonage situation (right on the church campus!) has turned out to be an amazing blessings with the arrival of our baby as our church daycare is just 10 steps away from our home. Our dinner conversations continue to be theology related, as they were when we first met at Yale Divinity School but now, it is enlivened by the contributions of our toddler's giggles and baby jabber. We hope that he will love these philosophical/religions subjects as much as we do but we'll accept him if he chooses some boring STEM major.
