I continue to love my work in bereavement at Park Nicollet Hospice in Minneapolis. I also teach yoga to seniors twice a week, virtually, for the last year. I adore my students and we have so much fun together.

The pandemic days sent me back to my sewing machine where I’m quilting and making clothes again. Sewing and creating fabric art has turned out to be such a soothing and deeply spiritual practice for me.

It’s been a scary and important year in our neighborhood in Minneapolis, and around the US, but we’re feeling grateful that the veil continues to be pulled back on racial injustice. Hoping and working for better days and lives for all.
