I am pleased to announce that one is never too old for new adventures in service.  On January 21, 2016, I filed papers to run as a Democrat for the U.S. House of Representatives, representing the 6th District of Kentucky.  The primary will be May 17, and I should be a cinch to win that election.  In the general election in November, 2016, I will be running against a 2-term incumbent Republican.
