I just completed 25 years teaching Theology and Women's Studies at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. I really enjoy my students. My most recent research project has involved preserving the history of the Re-Imagining Community, an ecumenical, Christian feminist movement that began with a conference in Minneapolis in 1993. My research included completing over 70 oral interviews that have been archived at Duke University. I also helped to plan a variety of events and conferences at universities, a seminary, and a Catholic spirituality center to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Re-Imagining. I attended the 1993 conference and have been very involved in the community that organized after the backlash and recently re-organized to preserve its history.

Bill Eaves (YDS '87) and I will be celebrating our 30th Anniversary this May. He is now serving a very progressive United Methodist church in White Bear Lake, MN. which is committed to a truly inclusive church. We live in downtown White Bear Lake, in a lovely home built in 1912 and just a block from the lake. We enjoy canoeing, kayaking, hiking, and traveling.

We both have very fond memories of YDS and the friends that we made there.
