Wayne G. Rollins, B.D. (M.Div.)

Rollins was honored with a 2012 Festschrift in Amsterdam and with its critical review at the annual SBL Baltimore meeting in 2013 (YDS' Prof. Adela Collins was one of the reviewers). The Festschrift title is Psychological Hermeneutics for Biblical Themes and Texts (T&T Clark) , edited by J. Harold Ellens. It honors Rollins’ work as the inaugurator of the "psychology and biblical studies" section in the Society of Biblical Literature and his spear-heading publications in the field. Rollins continues to teach one seminar annually at the Hartford Seminary. He and his wife, Donnalou, enjoy having seven grandchildren and their families, no further than 25 minutes away.
