American society, YDS Dean Greg Sterling notes, is confronted by a series of inter-related crises: a long-overdue reckoning with racism, threats to democracy, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the economic turmoil caused by the coronavirus. Each crisis surfaces profound moral, theological, and ethical issues, and each compels Yale Divinity School to bring our resources to bear for the good of students, alumni/ae, church, and world.
