Reporting to the Assistant Director of Development, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) and the School of Engineering & Applied Science (SEAS), the Program Coordinator provides data management, research, administrative, and communication support to the advancement staff of both Schools.
 
The Program Coordinator is responsible for a range of activities that include: drafting and proofing a wide variety of written materials, including comprehensive individual prospect briefings, gift agreements, proposals, stewardship reports, and internal and external correspondence that conforms to the style and voice of the sender; designing, developing, and analyzing ad hoc reports through complex queries and report manipulation, utilizing our primary Blackbaud donor database and Excel; conducting research on individuals, corporations, foundations, and institutions using databases, internet search engines, office files, and other resources; investigating the history, status, and accuracy of recorded gift commitments and gift acknowledgments, as needed; providing a range of administrative support such as gift processing, special event planning, completing unit expense reports, preparing letters for signature, and project tracking; and ensuring the accuracy of data reflected in the database.
