Social Worker

The social worker will be an integral part of the work, working closely with NHLAA staff in the juvenile matters unit, which provides culturally competent services to lowincome children and youth in child protection proceedings and related legal matters. In this role, the Social Worker will attend DCF administrative case reviews (ACRs) and education Planning and Placement (PPT) team meetings, as well as conduct home visits and complete assessments in order to meet with the client and determine their well-being in their placement. The Social Worker’s primary work responsibility will be for the Juvenile Matters Unit, but the Social Worker may provide consultation to other Units at NHLAA.
