Celebration Community Church seeks a compassionate, experienced, and visionary Senior Pastor to lead our Church for All People. The ideal candidate will have dual experience in pastoral ministry and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Leadership Experience and Education:

Ordination and Education: Ordained with a degree in Divinity/Theology, Master of Divinity preferred.

Extensive Ministry Experience: Proven experience in pastoral care, preaching, teaching, and community outreach. Experience at a church of larger size as an Associate Pastor; or Experience at a church of smaller size as a Senior Pastor.

Church Growth and Development: Experience growing a church and leading congregational development initiatives.

LGBTQIA+ Advocacy: Preference for pastors with experience in LGTBQIA+ advocacy and ministry
