Mount Saint Mary’s University–LA, a Catholic, primarily women’s, and Hispanic-Serving Institution rooted in the charism of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet (CSJ), seeks a dynamic and creative Assistant Director of Liturgy and Spirituality to enhance the spiritual life of our diverse campus community.

Position Overview: This role leads the planning and execution of liturgies, directs our music ministry, and develops inclusive spiritual and artistic programming. The ideal candidate is a visionary liturgist and pastoral leader who thrives in an academic setting, mentors student leaders, and creates engaging experiences for students from all faith traditions (or none) and backgrounds.

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $68,640–$72,110, based on education, experience, and qualifications. Includes a comprehensive benefits package with health insurance, retirement contributions, paid time off, and professional development support.
