Associate Pastor of English Ministries

Lead the English congregation of Lighthouse Church in Boston, Massachusetts as the Associate Pastor of English Ministries. Guide the youth and young adults in deepening their relationship with God and equipping them to share Christ’s love with others. Plan and oversee a balanced ministry, facilitate weekly programs and services, mentor students, young adults and leaders, and develop leadership skills. Engage in community outreach, create a sense of belonging, coordinate activities, ensure safety, manage administrative tasks, and maintain effective communication within the congregation.
