Director of Community Engagement and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI)

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Community Engagement and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion is responsible for the leadership and implementation of DEI into overall operations of the Falmouth Service Center. This includes creating and implementing a comprehensive plan to expand our community outreach and engagement efforts using best DEI practices. Together with the staff leadership team, this role also will cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment for all staff, volunteers, clients, and customers.
