Ignatian Solidarity Network is a national social justice network inspired by the spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Founded in 2004, ISN is a lay-led 501(c)3 nonprofit organization working in partnership with Catholic universities, high schools, and parishes, particularly those sponsored by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits), along with many other social justice partners across the U.S. With over one hundred member institutions in twenty-five states and two U.S. provinces, ISN engages a range constituencies but particularly focuses on young people and those who educate and mentor them. 

Ideal candidates for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in social justice education, advocacy campaigns, community organizing, or other social action settings. In addition, candidates must have at least two years of direct management experience supervising other employees.

This position also plays a critical role in assisting the ISN’s Advancement and Communications team’s resource development efforts and supporting grant writing, donor engagement, and digital engagement strategies. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader, experienced in faith-based social justice education, community organizing, and advocacy, with a deep understanding of Catholic social teaching and Ignatian spirituality.
