Position Summary: The Director of Next Generation Ministries at Common Ground is a pivotal role responsible for guiding and nurturing the youth and young adults in our community. This position involves developing and implementing programs that encourage spiritual exploration, personal growth, and social engagement among youth and young adults in our congregation and community. We are seeking a candidate who shares our progressive Christian values, possesses a genuine passion for working with young people, and can create inclusive and innovative programs.
