Salary Range $45,000 - $52,000 (based on experience)

 

Oxford Tutors is hiring a full-time Education Project Manager to support our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

 

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented individual to help lead the daily operations of our tutor team and educational projects. This role involves close collaboration with the company’s founder and our Director of Operations.

 

The Education Project Manager will oversee scheduling, team communications, project execution, tutor coordination, and the implementation of nonprofit initiatives. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that requires strong logistical skills, a mentorship mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot in real-time. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and enjoys juggling multiple moving parts to keep programs running smoothly.
