Program Associate - Resource Development

At Global Ministries, we are a diverse team working together to support the mission of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ by joining with global and local partners to work for justice, reconciliation, and peace. The Resource Development team initiates, nurtures, and maintains relationships with current and potential donors to provide direct and planned gifts to Global Ministries which is a shared ministry of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and United Church of Christ (UCC). 

The Program Associate is a valued team member that strategically manages donor campaigns, and development activities and carries lead responsibility in selected functions to help the organization meet its revenue goals. We are seeking an innovative team member that will develop new nonconventional sources and modalities of giving to Global Ministries. 

The qualified candidate will have at least three to five years of fund development experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-directed, and demonstrate a strong ability to work well with a wide range of individuals and groups.
