Current openings include:

Assistant Chaplain: Assistant Chaplains at STM work alongside student leaders to create programs that foster faith, learning and fellowship. They accompany undergraduate students in deepening their faith, expanding their involvement in Catholic campus ministry, and developing their capacity for Christian service and leadership following graduation from Yale. Candidates must have a master’s degree in theology or related field. Three to four years of experience in campus ministry is preferred. Diverse candidates and those with bi-lingual skills are encouraged to apply.

Development Manager: This position is responsible for coordinating STM’s development operations, which include implementing our annual giving campaigns, database management, event planning, and reporting. This role requires a balance of big-picture vision, attention to detail, and a passion for the mission and ministry of STM.

Director of Finance & Administration: The primary focus of this role is to strengthen the overall financial position of STM by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing financial policies and procedures. Responsibilities include both financial operations and human resource administration. Timely, accurate financial reporting will be a priority. Reporting directly to the Executive Directors, this individual will work closely with STM leadership, Finance Committee, and external auditors.
