We are offering a 9-month, in-person Teaching and Mentorship Residency in Puerto Rico. This opportunity is ideal for someone vibrant, energetic, and deeply passionate about both teaching and learning.

The fellow will provide individualized academic instruction and structured mentorship to a high school student while also modeling integrity, consistency, and reflective leadership. In addition to 1:1 academic support, the fellow will lead a Financial Literacy Club and guide students through the Stock Market Game at a local school.

This residency is designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of intellectual rigor and character development, and who brings a calm, grounded presence to mentorship. Candidates with backgrounds in chaplaincy, pastoral care, youth ministry, or education are especially encouraged to apply.
