Zoom assistant for YDS Summer Study - remote

The YDS Office of Communications seeks student workers during the summer to support Summer Study June 3 - 7. Summer Study takes place entirely online via zoom with participants all over the world. https://summerstudy.yale.edu/

The support position provides technical assistance on Zoom to both faculty and class participants. 

Candidates must have experience in running Zoom meetings, providing remote support with people unfamiliar with Zoom, patience, and solid interpersonal skills.

Training is provided by the Office of Communications, but the canidate should already be comfortable with the Zoom environment. Candidate must also have a reliable computer, webcam, and internet connection. This position is remote. 

The timespan of the position is daily, June 3-7 from 9 am to 4:15pm Eastern time. Additional hours for training prior to the event and some hours in post-event debriefing are also provided. 

Graduating students can also apply for this summer position, but you must do so by no later than May 10 to be included in summer work.
