KPCOW is a multi-generational Korean / Korean-American presbyterian church in New Rochelle, NY, consisting of an English Ministry, Korean Ministry, Youth Group, Children’s Ministry, and Toddler’s Ministry. 

Director of Youth Ministry is responsible for leading the Youth Ministry consisting of 20-30 youth in grades 6-12. The director is responsible for leading the spiritual development of the youth by planning and overseeing activities like Bible studies, worship services, and social events, while building strong relationships with teenagers and their families, often by recruiting and training volunteers to assist in the ministry. The Director of Youth Ministry is a vital role in the church, looking after the spiritual wellbeing and growth of our youth before they head off on their post-secondary endeavors.
