First Presbyterian Church New Haven, located in the vibrant and diverse urban setting of New Haven, CT, is seeking a full time Head of Staff/Senior Pastor We are a progressive and inclusive Christian community dedicated to following Jesus Christ in just and compassionate ministries. We are students, singles, couples, families with small and grown children, empty nesters, seekers, and life-long Presbyterians. Our average worship attendance is 80 and we have a membership of 187. We embrace diversity in all its forms. We are a member church of Presbyterian Promise and are committed to serving God together in worship, study, fellowship, and outreach. We seek to reflect and engage the richness of our community in all aspects of church life.

We seek a pastor who will engage the talents and passions of the congregation in worship, service, and advocacy for justice and inclusivity. We value strong leadership, inspiring preaching, open communication, and pastoral involvement.
